On behalf of our client in Vancouver, Ignite Technical Resources is looking for an Organizational Change Manager for a 6 month contract opportunity starting in September.

Requirements:

• Develop a new Change Management practice
• Engage with the business to ensure technology adoption goals are achieved
• Engage with the business to develop 3 to 5 year technology plans
• Work with the training department to develop training programs for critical project rollouts
• Work with PMs to ensure they are communicating effectively to end users and stakeholders
• Develop tools and processes around change management
• Act as a relationship manager between IS and the key business functional areas
• Work with all business areas to prioritize their IS requirements and in turn work with IS and the PMO to execute on the plan based on available resources and competing priorities
• Work with the business to define business value of IS projects and track the results against the perceived benefits following project completion
• Manage Business Analysts (a background as a BA would be an asset)
• Experience with prioritizing a portfolio of projects is a must have
• Spanish Speaking is a nice to have
• Excellent Communications skills
• Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users
